Hi, I’m Deb Swinney. I’m a certified coach (Association for Coaching), NLP Practitioner (ANLP, IA-NLP), and former technologist of 20 years’ experience.
I work with women in technology like you who are experts at your job but who are struggling with the skills, confidence or clarity you need to transition into a leadership or management role.
